📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and final project documentation to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building techniques is a plus.
