📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.,Evaluating and implementing new processes and technologies to enhance departmental operations.,Leading and participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
