📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.,Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in managing a team of nurses is a plus.
