📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and inventory levels.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and other purchasing documentation.,Support the purchasing manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
