As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring food quality and safety. You will work closely with our executive chef and other team members to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment that reflects the high standards of Alex Villas Management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure food quality and safety by implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
