📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the branch, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that the branch is well-stocked and organized.
  • Oversee the training and development of the branch team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
