ZENIX Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Palu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Support the bookkeeper in ensuring the accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff in bookkeeping procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
