📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
• Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual style.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and target audience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Present design concepts to the team and clients, providing clear explanations and justifications.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for print and digital platforms.
• Assist in the creation of design guidelines and templates for consistent branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
