GRID Sejahtera is seeking a talented and dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other employees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
