As a Junior Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.,Assist in stock management, including ordering and storing ingredients.,Help in preparing and maintaining presentation of food items for service.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory control and cost management.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cost control.,Experience with menu development and recipe creation is a plus.
