📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase sales.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and networking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus.
