Sumber Gita Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.,Manage and monitor client accounts, tracking performance and addressing any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on client account performance and sales activities.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
