MERIDIAN Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fuel, and driver schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide leadership and support to the fleet operations team.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure compliance and safety.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle records, maintenance logs, and insurance information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
