📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality workforce.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
