📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.
