📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals
  • Identify learning needs and develop solutions that enhance employee performance and engagement
  • Work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the success of learning initiatives
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and other resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development into the overall business strategy

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
