📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Manage and oversee the marketing team, including setting goals, providing training, and ensuring effective communication.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics to ensure ROI.,Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving results.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
