📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our products by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.,Experiment with new flavors and techniques to create unique and appealing pastries.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain high standards of baking.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and growing business.
