Glow New Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintaining accurate records of all operational activities.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Providing support to the management team in making informed decisions.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Assisting in the planning and execution of operational projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
