Xiamen University Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Safety and Health Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by implementing and enforcing workplace safety policies and procedures. You will also be involved in risk management activities to mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees on best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace risks.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Promote a safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.,Certification in a relevant safety management system, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
