📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide training and support to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus.
