📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and maintenance to IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users and departments.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Document and maintain IT systems and processes.,Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
