📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of student programs.
  • Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student support programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information and performance.
  • Attend to any disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in school events and activities to engage with students and build relationships.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with student information systems and data management tools.
  • Commitment to student success and a passion for education.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
