- Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve production capacity and output.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing production processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
