📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models using agentic AI and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Preprocess data, train models, and evaluate performance to ensure high-quality AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques to improve existing solutions.
• Conduct research and development to explore new areas of AI and machine learning.
• Document AI models, processes, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong focus on agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in AI and machine learning are a plus.
