🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
