• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
