🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the palm oil industry.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
