📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
