📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end process of export and import transactions, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, suppliers, and shipping agents.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs laws and shipping regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of trade transactions and key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations, preferably in the seafood industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade software and tools, such as SAP or Excel.
