As an Hearing Care Consultant - Audiology Specialist at Soundlife Hearing Center in Jakarta Selatan, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating hearing impairments. Your daily tasks will involve conducting comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting test results, and recommending appropriate treatment plans. You will also collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough hearing evaluations using advanced audiometric tools such as Pure Tone Audiometry and Speech Audiometry.
• Interpret test results and diagnose hearing impairments, including conductive, sensorineural, and mixed hearing losses.
• Recommend and prescribe hearing aids and other assistive devices based on patient needs and hearing profiles.
• Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on hearing health, hearing aid usage, and lifestyle modifications to improve hearing.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal hearing outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology through continuous professional development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiology, with a focus on hearing care consultation.
• Certification from a reputable audiology board, such as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or the National Board of Hearing Aid Practitioners (NBHAP).
• Proficiency in using audiometric software such as Madsen, Interacoustics, or Otometrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with patients and healthcare teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment plans efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
