📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process insurance policies, including underwriting, policy issuance, and renewal.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Use SAP and Salesforce to maintain and update client records.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess and approve insurance applications.
• Conduct market research to identify new insurance products and services.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to team goals and help achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services, including life, health, and property insurance.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid insurance license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
